How much time it will take before i receive the product
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Domestic orders are processed within 5 business days, International orders require additional steps and therefore will take upto 10 business days.
What if my order is delayed
There may be a potential delay due to high volume of orders or postal services problems that are outside of our control. However as per our record it is rare as we keep adequate stock.
In case there is a delay beyond the time we have estimated, then we will contact you. You are also free to reach out to us through our contact page. We usually respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Yes! all products enjoy the limited warranty of 2 years from the date of order.
